You’re really struggling with a big loss or change in your life.
It’s so isolating and you feel anxious. It affects everything, but people think you should be ‘getting over it now’. You are wondering if you are ‘normal’ and if other people feel like you.
You’re thinking you might be going mad.
It seems as if life as you knew it is behind you
and the road in front of you is blocked.
Physically you’re struggling.
You’re tired and feel worn to the bone. You want to get back to sound sleep,
no anxiety and feeling calm but those things seem out of your reach.
I can help you find the equilibrium in your life again.
Our one to one sessions offer you a chance to explore your concerns, your pain, loss, anger, guilt and hosts of other emotions and thoughts which may remain unspoken, hidden or suppressed.
Searching For A Counsellor?
What I suggest is, come and meet me, see if I am someone you can trust and feel comfortable with. Then, after the first meeting, if you want, you can book some sessions. Follow your gut on that, you will know if I am the right person for you. If I am not for any reason, that is fine too, there are lots of great counsellors around the area.
My name is Katrina Taee, and I am a counsellor with Senior Accreditation from the BACP. I specialise in bereavement counselling, but also help with all kinds of sadness, depression and life changes. It would be my privilege to meet you and hear your story.

Englefield Green has its own Death Café run by Katrina Taee. At Death Cafés people discuss death whilst enjoying coffee and cake. The aim is to increase awareness of death and to help people make the most of their (finite) lives.
Katrina and a colleague have written a book about grief. It is a concise visual guide to grief and and is also a useful resource for those supporting loved ones who grieve. Hopefully it will be published this year.
